Blairsville pack & ship has very poor customer service. Dropped off a package for shipment yesterday and was greeted by a less than friendly staff. One of their employees who has the demeanor of an adolescent cave troll, would not answer any of my questions or address me personally with anything I said to them. I asked this person how much my box weighed after it was packaged, and instead of a verbal response, I got a smirk, and waited for the woman at the register to acknowledge me. I don't know if this place has taken new ownership or what, but they need to seriously work on their people skills. I would personally suggest to take any packing/shipping needs to Goin' Postal in Hiawassee, GA. It might be a few miles out of the way, but I'd rather bring my business to a place where someone will answer me if ask them something.
I wish I had read the reviews before leaving my package with them. Apparently the same troll works there. Piss poor attitude and customer service from the young man with a beard. I won't be back.
Could use more help at times, but that's normal these days.
I love this Pack & Ship. They have always handled my packages and printing in an excellent manner.
They charged me $85 for shipping my passport to Canada, ground shipping. I talked to my coworker, she only paid $35 for the same service directly with FedEx. I do not think the $50 service fee can be justified. Keep away from them if you can!
