I bought a membership back in June and was injured at my job, I tore my ACL in my knee and I can't go work out at the gym I explained this to these people even showed them my doctors papers & exrays, they didn't care they are still taking the money out of my account once a month so I am letting you know if something happens to you physically where you cant work out within the year of your membership they will refuse to have any sympathy and will still take out of your account or charge your credit cards even with proof from a doctor, I think this is bad buisness.....
