While vacationing in the area, we had a flat tire that my husband was able to change. We knew we couldn't go far on the little temporary donut tire. Probably less than a mile from where we had the flat, we happened upon Shook Tire Pros. They were able to straighten our bent rim, remount & balance the tire in a flash! I was run off when I complained about my rear bumper being dented while there. I talked nice and polite about it but was treated very hostile. I will not return nor would I recommend anyone else to either. Accidents happen people should not blame the victim.
