I was requesting an oil change. He stated " Union County's population is around 15k and when it goes to 25k, I still have the same number of employees. They won't hire me anymore help". He further stated, maybe, maybe the middle of next week. Stated he had cars backed up every 45 minutes.

Didn't offer any suggestions or referrals. Been down this road before, with dealerships who want to work by appointment only. They should be specific in advertising this. Apparently it's their motto. I would not spend my money there unless there was no other choice.

Been driving Chevrolet most of my life. Recently purchased a High Country and my wife drives a Tahoe. Went this morning and was on site at 0700. Clean facility, and I noticed 4 service bays empty. I needed an oil change. Employees started showing up around 0715. No one spoke to me. About 15 minutes later, the service manager arrived and spoke with me. As I started to request service, he immediately started shaking his head in a negative manner.
Wow, now you can save some money here my friend!!! Go today!! Great place to buy a car or truck, or just ride around a few mins in a new car and take it bk!! Lol. Good PEOPLE here!!
